Whartonian Dynamics (so far...)

    The following is my current progress towards a greater encompassing dynamics system:

(Deduction)(Induction) = 1

All Matter is Light
Mass = (M) = Matter Quantity = Light Quantity

Light can neither be created, nor destroyed

Mass Range is a Natural Number no larger than the Light Units Quantity in The Universe

Wharton's Constant = The Light Units Quantity in The Universe

Gravity is the Constant, Universal Attractive Force between All Matter That is a Metaphysical Axiom

point = One Light's Gravitational Center

Distance Change = The Linear, Absolute Value Difference Between Where one point Was and Where It Is

Distance Change = Line = (DC) = Wavelength
Area = (DC)(DC) = Magnitude of Amplitude
Volume = (DC)(DC)(DC)
Sound = (1)(DC)(DC)(DC)(R) = Frequency of Volume
Soundspeed = Sound / Area

One light unit's Distance Change Range is a Positive Number no larger than that light unit's Maximum Linear Distance Change Possible

One light unit is a Three Dimensional Object

One light unit has the Same Shape as Each other light unit

Possible = Limits
Mass Limits Volume
Volume Denotes Potential Size

Place = Where Light Is
Space = Where Light Could Be
Density = Place / Space
The Universe = All Light and Space

(The Universe) = (Range Possible)(Light)

Matter Defines Space
Mass = Density of Volume

Time Change = (TC) = The Synchronized Universal Events Progression
Rate = (R) = 1 / (TC) = Frequency
Time Change Range is a Positive Number

Time Change Progresses Eternally

Frequency = Hertz / Cycle

Light Always Moves Lightspeed
Light Always Attracts All Other Light

Lightspeed = (1)(DC)(R) = Universal Constant Center Velocity
Light Attraction = (1)(DC)(R)(R) = Universal Constant Center Acceleration

One Light Motion = The Square Root of((Lightspeed)(Gravity))

Lightspeed Conserves Velocity Magnitude, but not Direction
Gravity Conserves Direction, but not Velocity Magnitude

Light's Nature is to Move Lightspeed and to Attract Each Other Light's point

Heat = A Light's Motion with More Direction Changes
Chill = A Light's Motion with Fewer Direction Changes

Friction = Reducing Motion Force = Resistance = Drag

Light Causes Gravity
Gravity Limits The Universe
The Universe has a Gravitational Center

Momentum = (M)(DC)(R) = Inertia
Force = (M)(DC)(R)(R)
Energy = (M)(DC)(DC)(R)(R) = Temperature = Work
Power = (M)(DC)(DC)(R)(R)(R) = Focus

Reign = (M)(DC)(DC)(R)(R)(R)(R) = Potential
Drive = (M)(DC)(DC)(DC)(R)(R)(R)(R) = Charge
Thrust = (M)(DC)(DC)(DC)(R)(R)(R)(R)(R) = Burst
Surge = (M)(DC)(DC)(DC)(R)(R)(R)(R)(R)(R) = Burn

(Lift)(Weight) = 1

Trajectory = The Cube Root of((Roll)(Pitch)(Yaw))

Pressure = (M)(R)(R) / (DC) = Compression

Field = (M)(DC)(DC)(DC)(R)(R) = Line of Work

Everything's Mechanical

(1)(Electron) = (x)(Light)
Electricity = (e) = Electron Quantity
Current = (e)(Flow)

Viscosity = Friction of Flow

A is A = A is A
is = is
= is =
plus = adding what's next
minus = subtracting what's next
of = multiplied by
per = divided by

Notation is a necessary footnote that denotes measurement identity
Value is a Concept's Number
Concept is Value of Notation
Value = Quantity

Ecology = Natural Dynamics

Everything in The Universe is Happening in the Present

Metachemics Laws are the Same Everywhere in The Universe

The Universe was Not Created

The Universe is Just Light Rearranging Itself

The Universe is Everlasting

Man Both Evolved And Was Seeded on Earth

Torque = ?
Revolution = ?
Pulse = ?
Refraction = ?
Conduction = ?
Magnetism = ?

Questions:

What is one light unit's shape?

Hypotheses:

Gravity does not affect temperature.

Only The USA Can Claim The Moon as a State

    On July 20th, 1969, the USA was the first country to sponsor putting an American on the Moon.

The cost of the Apollo program to completion of Apollo 11, when Neil Armstrong returned to America safely from walking on the Moon, was about $217 billion in 2024 inflationary dollars.

Western Civilization has a tradition of granting political dominion of newly discovered lands to the discovering people.  Ideally, this would be an individual or private company.  But, in some cases, a political country sponsors the discovery.

Historically, Christopher Columbus approached Queen Isabella about making a voyage of discovery across the ocean to the west of Spain.  The Spanish politically subsidized the expedition and thus received much of the proceeds, even though there were terms Columbus negotiated on before he set sail.  Among these were an agreement with Isabella that Columbus would be governor of any lands he discovered.

The argument has been there for a USA admission of Moon statehood.  And, it has been there since July of 1969--whereas, no other country can intervene.  Surely, President Trump doesn't think that America spent $217,000,000,000 just to jump around in low gravity and sample some moon rocks!  The Moon is ours to claim and it always will be until Congress votes for an act of admission and the President signs it into law.

Mankind as we know it has only advanced, so far, around the surface of the Earth and to the Moon.  But, with the understanding of what is required to claim new lands, it raises the question: "What's next?".  Mars, Jupiter, Saturn?  Columbus and Armstrong both represented the financing of host countries that won new lands.  Could the first man on Mars be the result of completely private financing?  Perhaps one man would not own the entire expedition, but many could have shares in that business.  If so, then the company who landed a human on Mars and then brought the new Martian back to Earth safely would win the private property prize, that being "Ownership of Mars".

A Congress is a Private Impeachment Forum

     The Objectivist position on government is that it should be limited to five functions.  They are: Military, Police, Judiciary, Diplomacy, and Treasury.  Nowhere in our philosophy is there room for a congress or state legislature.  The way a proper government is supposed to work is for the Judiciary to uphold an objective, non-contradictory body of law.  If the law does change, it happens when a judge fixes a contradiction, or rules on an issue that only breaks new ground when a novel case is presented.

So, compare the above philosophy to how the federal congress has been conducting itself.  One party launches a crusade to tackle an issue and generates a 2,000 page law treatise that no congressman reads or can read in time.  It is riddled in pork--including all kinds of pet projects that trample on individual rights in unpredictable ways--and, when a judge is presented with the expectation that the law should be upheld, there is no rational way to do it; so, anything goes in the decision.

Since legislatures do not exist in a moral government, they should not be included.  However, there is one function, the power of which was being historically delegated, that being impeachment.  Note that this can only exist in a private way.  A Congress is a Private Impeachment Forum.

Any individual or business who wants to sponsor a Private Congress could be legitimized by having at least 100 congressional members voted for evenly throughout a state.  There is no law that there can only be one or two Congresses in each state.  There can be as many as there are funders willing to sponsor them.

The Representatives of a Private Congress: make speeches, present evidence and testimony, debate, and have one vote each to impeach anyone in government (except the Supreme Court Judges of a state, including federal).  The ability of a Congress is to vote for or against impeaching individuals in government.  Technically this institution has no political power because even if the impeachment goes through, the Congress has no means to force a political position holder to leave.  It is just that if a political position holder does not resign then Congress is commonly sanctioned to shift from the voting phase to the embarrassment campaign, and that it is socially accepted that intellectually anything goes until the political position is vacated.

In creating a standard design for a country's Private Congresses, I think that one should draw from The Constitution of The United States of America where one can.  The following is my proposal:

(1)  To impeach any individual in government, two Private Congresses that represent a state must attain at least a two-thirds vote.

(2)  If the impeachment is aimed at the Military Head of State, the Private Congress to impeach second, must be presided over by the Chief Federal Supreme Court Justice, as it presents evidence and debates the issue.  If the Governor of a state within a state, such as Illinois, is the individual in question, then the Chief Illinois Supreme Court Justice must have presided over and legitimized the second Private Congress to impeach, whose membership is drawn from Illinois votes.

Proof that President Donald Trump is President Now

     The Presidential election in 2020 was riddled with corruption and fraud--so much so that it seemed to many that it was unclear who won.  At first many President Donald Trump supporters were confident that President Donald Trump would be declared the victor.  However, as the weeks went on, the "no longer mainstream media" kept repeating "President Biden" that more and more Americans got lulled into the trap of actually believing it and repeating it oneself.

In this blog, I will definitively prove that President Donald Trump won the 2020 election.

A Presidential election is a popularity contest.  It is not the result of a media, or other sponsored, poll that can easily be skewed or completely made up.  It is the result of the compilation of the majority of individually chosen American votes.  Now consider the evidence of Biden's presidential rallies.  Most of them that I heard about turned out maybe 100 people (where about half were the media).  On the other hand, President Donald Trump's rallies generated sometimes 30,000 to 40,000 enthusiastic supporters.  If one considers the difference in popularity, it is statistically impossible that Biden actually won.

The implication that President Donald Trump is currently in his 2nd Presidential lame duck term has an important significance.  If he would just stop wasting his time trying to run for an impossible 3rd term and believe that he is currently President (as he is) then many, many political problems in America would be solved.

One more point.  A state court that is ruling that President Donald Trump cannot run for a 3rd term better damn well explain why in the judicial decision (i.e., because he is currently serving his 2nd lame duck term).  And, if the Supreme Court deals with any cases which question the 2nd term President Donald Trump factor, it better consider the massive fraud in 2020 and statistical proof of President Donald Trump's current position.

The Right to One's Own Mind

     When the Founding Fathers wrote The Bill of Rights in The Constitution of the United States of America, they tried to cover the areas in which government could violate the Natural Individual Rights of Man.  For the most part, those Revolutionary Americans were very successful; and their Document led to the Greatest Individual Rights Respecting Government in History.  However, unfortunately, the Founders left out one Crucial Protection that, I argue, needs to be added: that being, The Right to One's Own Mind.

    The Right to One's Own Mind covers several areas of possible abuse.  Politically, it establishes Standard Intellectual Property Rights--as well as the Ownership and Property of Thought Produced Goods.

    Some may argue that including such a phrase as The Right to One's Own Mind is unnecessary or obvious.  However, anyone who is familiar with my story, as explained in my blog, will realize that there now exists in America a mind-altering, institutionalized system that is very wrong.  The Revolutionary Founding Fathers never conceived of such substances as powerful psychiatric medicines that could wreak havoc against mind and body with their side-effects.  Neither did they foresee the invention of syringes that can be wielded by government to inject those physical chemicals into the biological systems of Man.  I am confident that had the Founders thought of this possibility, The Right to One's Own Mind would have been written into both The Bill of Rights, as well as The Declaration of Independence.

    One final area concerning The Right to One's Own Mind is the criminal realm.  The controversy between the morality of legalizing dangerous drugs verses maintaining many as illegal does not always discuss the scenario of the ease in which either criminals or covert government can cause dangerous chemicals to enter one's bodily system and mind, or poison one's food or drink.  Personally, I side with the legalization laws; however, I do support very severe felonies and long prison sentences against those who violate The Right to One's Own Mind.

The Head of the Fed

The following is a poem I wrote many years ago that I wanted to post again:

The Head of the Fed

-by Paul Wharton

There once was a vigilant barber.

A secret basement did he harbor.

Evil people came in for a shave,

but found themselves in an early grave.

A bureaucrat sought to trade his pay.

The haircut price had risen that day.

But, government had handed him more.

So, the barber prepared for the gore.

The man explained what he would prefer.

Chit-chat revealed he was a killer.

He said he was the powerful Head

of public money known as the Fed.

The barber hastily went to work

on the snippy, narcissistic jerk.

He would not with the style of perm miss

the follicle emitting dermis.

Gentle Ben had wanted facial hair

to hide what his feelings would show there.

But, by making it extremely short,

his "good will" the businessmen would court.

When he walked by, he was self-aware

that at his each signal one would stare.

The most important Man in the room,

His power--a yawn--a nod--a boom!

But, back to the butcher's clean up job,

a lever pulled--a jolt thrust--a  bob.

Ben popped out his head in startled rage,

but, movement was useless in that cage.

The barber's title was of a name

when butcher and barber were the same.

Too bad bloody Ben has no way out

as Head of the Fed does twist and shout.
