The Greatest Science Book I've Ever Read
Recently, I completed reading The Logical Leap: Induction in Physics for the fifth time. The book is authored by David Harriman who gives enormous credit to leading Objectivist philosopher, Leonard Peikoff for the work.It is commonly said that Newton's Principia is the greatest book in scientific history. Though I have a copy, I have not yet read it. But, of all the science and philosophy of science books I have read, The Logical Leap ranks #1. The first two times I read it, I made massive inroads in my Metachemics philosophy. And, the last three readings have not gone by without at least one major breakthrough each time.
