The Similarity between Florida and Seoul

In watching a lot of recent news I have witnessed impending disasters--some of which were nearly inevitable.  Florida goes through a hurricane season each year where it is possible for a few hurricanes to cause damage to every part of the state.  I cannot imagine what it must be like to live there--knowing that within a week's time, one's home can be wiped out, and through the years probably will.

The other disaster area I have been focused on, in the news, is South Korea.  North Korea has positioned a large artillery arsenal just across the border--in range of the massive metropolis of Seoul.  Judging from the trend of current events, I predict that the destruction of North Korea is inevitable; and that it will take most of Seoul with it.

Why would anyone want to live in either of these two danger zones?  I want to appeal to every human being in Florida and Seoul...MOVE!
